Workplace Coach

A fresh way to provide EAP in your organisation.

There are times when your employees may benefit from individual coaching support.  Rather than organizing a costly generic workshop I offer organisations a more individualised approach to supporting their high performing employees.  I work with organisations who see the value in supporting the professional development of their employees and teams as well as providing periodic coaching / counselling to employees who may be going through a difficult time.

Our working lives and home lives are becoming increasingly integrated and many of us are now learning how to work productively in a hybrid or remote setting. When our home lives are well managed we are able to better focus on our work and working this through with a trained coach can avoid burnout and job dissatisfaction.  Research suggests organisations who provide both professional and personal well-being support are more likely to have a happy, productive workplace and importantly,  staff retention rates are higher.

Some ways we may work together:

  • You may have an employee wishing to work on having better working relationships with their colleagues.

  • Recovery from and prevention of burnout

  • Learning what your strengths are and how to use them at work and home. (I am an accredited Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach)

  • You may have a new manager needing support and skills to transition to their new role

  • Someone in you organisation may be going through a family bereavement, and you wish to support them over this time.

  • You wish to provide support for an employee who is struggling with managing the demands of a young family or ageing parents.

  • One of your high performing staff may be going through a divorce and some external coaching or counselling may be beneficial for them to better manage themselves through this process.

  • One of your employees is about to go on maternity leave. Together we would work on how to stay connected during this time and how your organisation and employee can plan and manage a successful return to work.

  • You may be wanting to offer support through a restructure or redundancy. Coaching can be a very beneficial process to understand what is happening and make plans to move forward.

  • Retirement coaching – planning the transition away from the workplace and getting excited for the future.

I work with organisations throughout New Zealand providing a hybrid model of face-to-face sessions and online zoom sessions or email support.

I am based in Christchurch, NZ and travel to both Auckland and Wellington each month for in person sessions with my clients. If you would like to discuss how we might work together to support your staff, please call, or email for an obligation free conversation.
